We are so excited for you to be apart of our team. We can't wait to see how you grow with us.
Our Vision
To continuously grow ourselves as well as any other team member you may come across throughout your shifts. We strive to produce the best Chick-fil-A Team Members who are high performing and make an xtraordinary impact on all our guests. We are always striving for improvement and work to exemplify our HEARTS values daily. We are consistent in our word and adaptable with all learning styles. We are knowledgeable, work with speed and accuracy, have great attitudes, exemplify leadership skills, and great training skills. We lead by example.
What does this mean? It is our purpose as a training team. Our vision should influence the way you train because it tells you why you do what you do.
Have you ever felt frustrated because we had someone new on and they weren’t keeping up with the pace? Their station wasn’t able to keep up and you were constantly holding on them. Have you ever been frustrated because there was someone new taking orders? They are having order accuracy issues and you were constantly coaching them on the Core 4 and how to ring in orders. Neither of these things are the fault of the team member. They are brand new, still trying to figure out the ropes, and for many of them this is their first job. This is a result of their training and whether or not we executed the training vision and gave them all the tools they would need throughout their training experience. You are the key to their success.
K-SALT
As Trainers, we want to exemplify all aspects of K-SALT. What does K-SALT stand for? It is an acronym for each characteristic and a trainer should embody: Knowledge, Speed & Accuracy, Attitude, Leadership Skills, and Training Skills.
Take the assessment below and find out which of the characteristics you exemplify the most.
