FOH Station Trainer Description

How to become a station trainer.

A station trainer specializes in a specific station. Along with the packet, a station trainer must be Pathway certified and complete a bingo board for the station of their choice.

How to become a certified trainer.

A certified trainer is an ace at all stations. Along with the packet, a certified trainer must complete all FOH Pathway videos.

If you are wanting to become a certified trainer and started as a station trainer, you must become an ace at all stations. You need to have trained at least three times on your specific station and Pathway certified on all FOH positions.

Bingo Boards

In order to complete the bingo board you must get a blackout, this means that every square must be signed off.

You can train anyone with your bingo board; trainers, leaders, team members. The goal is for you to get practice training before you train a new hire!

Menu Test

Each trainer must take a menu test and pass with a 100%. We want to make sure you know the menu front & back to be prepared to answer any questions your trainee may have.

Once you have completed the test, Alexis will grade it and, if needed, give you feedback on your test.
